Ingredients

012 potatoes (boiled & mashed)

021 chilli (finely chopped)

03½ tsp ginger paste

042 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)

05¼ tsp pepper (crushed)

061 tsp mixed herbs

07¼ cumin powder / jeera powder

08¼ tsp pepper (crushed)

092 slice bread (white/brown)

10Moowing cheese block

111 cup corn flakes (crushed)
- For corn flour batter:
-
012 tbsp corn flour
-
022 tbsp maida
-
03¼ tsp pepper (crushed)

04¼ tsp salt

05¼ cup water
Directions
- 01In a large mixing bowl take 2 potatoes.
- 02Add 1 chilli, ½ tsp ginger paste, 2 tbsp coriander, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 tsp mixed herbs, ¼ cumin powder and ½ tsp salt.
- 03Next, tear 2 bread slices and make a soft non-sticky dough. Keep aside.
- 04Pinch a ball sized potato mixture and flatten slightly.
- 05Cut a cube sized cheese from the Moowing cheese block and place in the centre.
- 06Get the edges together and stuff the cheese well.
- 07Form a smooth ball, making sure there are no cracks.
- 08Further, roll in crushed cornflakes covering uniformly.
- 09Fry in hot oil
- 10Stir occasionally without breaking cheese balls.
- 11Fry until bread cheese balls turns golden brown and crisp.
- 12Drain the excess oil over kitchen paper.
- 13Finally, enjoy the scrumptious cheese balls with tomato sauce.
